Today's Kitchen; Yam Balls


Yam balls. They are tasty and crunchy but also very easy to make. I mostly have this for breakfast in the morning and you too can if you follow these simple steps....

 Ingredients
 Yam
 Pepper
 Onion
 Salt to taste
 Seasoning
 Vegetable oil

Directions
 Peel the bark of the yam and rinse.
 Use a grater to grate the yam.
 Next, you grate your onions and pepper and add to the grated yam, you can chop the onions and pepper if you want to.
 Add the seasoning and salt to taste.
 Mix all the arranged Ingredients together thoroughly.
 Pour your vegetable oil into your frying pan and heat.
 Fry the mixture into desired shape until its brown and dry.

Serve and enjoy...

So you see, its very easy to make all that is required is your time. You can enjoy with desired drink or just water will be fine.....
