Most women go through the pains and pangs of menstrual cramps. Menstrual cramps are pains which are usually felt in the lower abdomen and the back of a woman. This pain usually occur during your menstrual period or before your menstrual period.
For some women, like me, the pain is usually mild and nothing to worry about while for other it very severe and make them totally uncomfortable or even hospitalized(yes its that serious).
Menstrual cramps are caused by the contraction and relaxation of the uterus, which allows the flow of blood.
