5 Reasons Why Women Cheat

The percentage at which women cheat on their spouse or lovers is quite low. Have you ever wonder what makes women cheat or is your spouse currently creating on you or has your spouse ever cheated on you? Well here are "the" or "some" reasons a woman could cheat on you.

1. She feels underappreciated, neglected, or ignored. A woman who feels more like a housekeeper, financial provider, or nanny than a wife or girlfriend is more vulnerable to finding an external situation that brings attention and appreciation for who she is rather than the functions she performs.

2. She craves intimacy. More so than men, women feel valued and connected to their relationship partner through non-sexual emotional interaction such as touching, kissing, cuddling, gift-giving, being remembered, and most of all meaningful communication. Women who aren't getting their intimacy needs met by a primary partner may look elsewhere, trying to meet those needs through sexual/romantic relationships. Some of these same women may also engage in alcohol/drug abuse, compulsive spending, binge or consistent overeating, etc., to compensate for the emptiness they feel.

3. She is bored and/or lonely.
Women who find themselves alone at home for long periods of time, perhaps when caring for young children or even after children are grown and gone, can feel that their lives lack meaning, and they may use casual sex or deeper romantic affairs to fill the void. Women who have spouses or partners who are absent for long periods of time related to work (military service, for example) may also turn to sex and affairs to fill what feels like an untenable emptiness.

4. She never feels fully loved and appreciated. Some women have unrealistic expectations about what a long-term spouse or partner should offer them emotionally and in other ways. Those who are more narcissistic and emotionally immature may expect a significant other to meet their every single need, and also to be a mind-reader in terms of knowing what those needs are. When their human and imperfect partner inevitably fails them, they feel justified in seeking attention elsewhere.

5. She has an intimacy disorder. Early childhood trauma and/or sexual abuse often lead women (and men) in adult life to problems with addictive sex and/or serial cheating. Such women repeatedly seek emotional intensity rather than relational intimacy. Women with unresolved childhood trauma as well as those with emotional instability — women who carry an uneven and disjointed sense of self — can seek consistency and feelings of importance through intensity-based romantic and/or sexual activity

So if your wife is cheating on you, you need to check yourself and make sure you're doing her no wrong, fix it, love her, respect her, appreciate her and you'd see some changes it if you don't see an changes then something might be wrong somewhere.

Today's Kitchen; How to make fried rice

I'm pretty sure the first time you heard "Fried rice" you probably thought it was rice that was deep fried in oil (especially the guys) but it's actually not. Fried rice is a Nigerian delicacy that is popularly served in so many occasions like wedding ceremonies, birthday parties and so on. If your thinking of what to prepare for your boo this valentine, fried rice should be your best option...lol.The method used in preparing fried rice is simple and easy if you can follow these steps;

Ingredients
Carrots

Green peas

Green pepper

Green beans

Onions

Liver

Curry powder and thyme

Seasoning and salt to taste

Chicken or beef(optional)

Vegetable oil

Cooking Direction
1. First youlld need to boil your beef or chicken. Wash the chicken or beef, place in a clean pot, add water, onions, curry, thyme and seasoning and place on fire for 30-45 minutes. Wash the liver, boil and dice .

2. Sieve the meat stock and set aside. You can also fry the meat if you desire.

3. Wash your rice thoroughly, per boil and set aside.

4. Wash your carrot, green peas , green pepper and dice.

5. For your green beans (uncanned) wash and boil for 1min.

Note: For fried rice, you don't need tomatoes and pepper

6. Now get a clean pot and pour in the meat stock then add your rice to it, Add seasoning and water if not enough and add a little bit of curry.
Note: Do not add vegetable oil to it
( for those who don't have stock since you did not use chicken or beef, you can simply create on by pouring some water in a pot, add curry, onions, thyme, seasoning ( I'd recommend know chicken cubes) and salt to taste. Allow to boil then you can add your rice).

7. Turn off the fire once the rice is ready.

8. Get a clean pot on fire and pour in some vegetable oil, add your carrot, green peas, green pepper, liver and green beans and stir fry on low heat for a minute or two.

9. If you want to stop here you can now pour in the carrot, green peas etc into your boiled rice and stir but if you want to go professional you can stir fry the peas and your rice portion by portion in a fry pan or a pot.

Now thats it, I rest my case, enjoy your fried rice with a bottle of coke!

ASUU Bans UniIlorin From Academic, Non-academic activities

The Academic Staff Union of Universities (ASUU) has directed its members nationwide to boycott all academic and allied activities at the University of Ilorin.

This was part of the resolutions reached at the end of its Awka National Executive Council meeting, a copy of the sanctions which was made available to newsmen in Ibadan by the Chairman University of Ibadan Chapter of the union, Dr Deji Omole.
ASUU wielded the big stick following what it called University of Ilorin administration persistent acts of lawless, arbitrariness, violation of human and trade union rights and persecution of loyal members.

Also, University of Ilorin academic staff will also not be allowed to carry out any academic activity on any public universities in Nigeria.
ASUU noted that despite efforts at resolving the crisis in the institution, the university management and its sponsored groups were fuelling the crisis while alleging that it forcefully deduct check-off dues without remitting it to the national body.

ASUU NEC resolved to impose sanctions on the groups and university administration, noting that for the duration of the sanctions, academic Staff of the University of Ilorin would no longer enjoy the cooperation, collaboration or participation of academics of other Nigerian public Universities, in the following areas of academic and related activities at all levels.

These included teaching, research and supervision of students; setting, moderation or assessment of examinations; external assessment for professorial for professorial cadre appointments or promotions; sabbatical, visiting, part-time and adjunct appointments, accreditation of institutions, colleges and programmes and courses, collaborative research, peer review of journal articles and patronage of journals; attendance of conferences, workshops, seminars and other related activities;

Omole further hinted that the union had also directed members to boycott all UniIlorin based journals, quarterly and newsletters, while articles from academic staff of the University of Ilorin shall not be accepted by journals for peer review and or publication in other Nigerian Universities.

"Despite all intervention efforts by the Academic Staff Union of Universities since 2001, the University of Ilorin administration has persisted in acts of lawlessness, arbitrariness, violation of human and trade union rights, and persecution of loyal members.
"Contrary to the law and despite the ruling of the National Industrial Court, the University has continued to prevent the Union from functioning on its campus. "The University has also continued to forcefully collect check-off money from academics of the university in the name of the Union without remitting it to the Union. The Union is therefore bound to protect the principles of democracy and the exercise of freedom in the academia, and also insist on the right to function through its own accredited representatives on Nigerian University campuses," he added.

According to him, NEC at its meeting at the Nnamdi Azikiwe University, Awka, recognized distinct groups that have emerged in creating and prolonging the crisis at the University of Ilorin.
He said these include the following: principal officers of University of Ilorin, administration members of previous University of Ilorin, administration who were and are still active in generating and sustaining the crisis and members of the illegal "excos" from 2001 to 2014; Others were members of the current illegal "exco"; and other academics of the University of Ilorin who are aiding and abetting the crisis and illegality.
For the avoidance of doubt, academic staff of the University of Ilorin should not participate in any of the above listed academic activities in other Nigerian public Universities.
"Similarly, academic staff of other Nigerian public Universities shall not participate in any of the listed activities in the University of Ilorin.
"These sanctions shall be complied with by all members of the Union, including those who may be serving in private Universities during the period of the sanctions, " Omole said.
