.....from where i stopped yesterday.....where Mya was making a call to Mike....
"Emm Mya im sorry, can you skip to the point, i kept a customer on call wait please" Mike interupted her. "Ok Mike, you see i forgot my purse at home and i dont have any cash on me to get home, i dont know if you can come pick me up at Tama busstop, im sorry i always call you when i only needed you, im really busted and i need your help please" Mya said feeling sorry and guilty but this time she really meant it. "Ok sorry about that just give me 30mins, i'll be there soon and about the call me when you only need need me, im already used to it" he laughed lightly and hanged up.
She sighed, feeling much relieved. She turns around looking for a cool spot to lay her butts for her legs were aching her badly. She saw an empty chair close to an open fruit store that was not too far from her, she heads for it and asked an elderly woman if she have a sit on the chair and after a positive response she dusted the chair with a wipe she brought with her and had her sit. She signed and flashed back to moments when she first meet Mike...
It was on a friday in a cafe where she went to register online for her Audition, mike was the owner of the cafe center. She had some troubletrying to register and mike was thereto assist her, not that its a normal thing he does to all customer but because hefelt something strong for her from the moments her set his eyes on her. After she was done with the registration, she wasnt farmiliar with her given center and Mike who was aware of the place, decided to take her there before the audition occurs. They ended up exchanging numbers and Mya took it strictly buisness. It was an evening when he took Mya over to Tama, Mya thanked him and was about to leave but he insisted they go out to an eatery, of course she tried to turn down the offer numerously but they ended up going out but of course it wasnt an eatery, it was a joint where pepper soup were made, beers of various types were sold and the popular 'suya' was grilled. Mya wasn't comfortable there, there were smokers, drunkards and even prostitutes there. Mike asked her to make an order but she insited she was fine but Mike wouldnt make her have nothing, he just kept begging her to have something until she gave up and requested for a bottle of malt. Mike ordered for a big stout and asked the waiter where he could get a ciggarette and he was directed to a small stall just few steps away. He excused himself, stood up and heads for the stall to get a cigarette leaving poor Mya who was shocked and scared at that point. She had no idea he was into stuffs like that. She turns left and some some group of people getting naughty and making alot of noise, she really wanted to go home.
Mike came back and had his seat, by that time the waiter was already back with their others which he placed on the table and left. Mike lighted up his cigar and asked Mya if she cared for a smoke but she turns it down.
She was feeling so exposed and insecured. She was just trying to be calm with Mike who has just rounded up his 3rd bottle of stout for she saw that he was drunk and he could act very funny if she annoys his feelings at that point.
She finally told him to round up so that they can go home, miraculously he accepted and in a short while they left but she had problem with mike who was a little bit drunk and was walking in a funny way. It took them extra time to get home and since that day Mya vowed not to hang out with him ever again but she do call him sometimes, well once in a while.....
"burrrrhhhh, burhrrhhh" the thunder roars loudly, Mya was back to reality from her thoughts. The weather was changing and the sun has gone down and every where was cold, it seems it was going to rain anytime soon. Mya checks the time and opened her bag to reach her phone, she then tries to call Mike but it was unreachable, it seeems the weather has affected the network. She then stood up and looked around hoping to sight Mike somewhere but she couldnt spot him. She then sat down placing her hands on her face with boyh elbows on her laps, waiting unpatiently for Mike who is stucked up somewhere...
